Godfather actor Gianni Russo has a memoir that talks about Marlon Brando and Marilyn Monroe. The book does more than talk. It drops a few shocking truth bombs about both Hollywood legends.

Russo, who played Carlo Rizzi in The Godfather, released his memoir earlier this year called Hollywood Godfather: My Life in the Movies and the Mob. The actor got candid with Page Six revealing a couple of shocking accusations about Brando and Monroe.

“Brando tried to get me fired. He comes over to me and says, ‘You’re a big actor in TV?’ I said, ‘No.’ He said, ‘You’ve got a big movie coming up?’ I said, ‘No.’ He said, ‘Well, you’re not on Broadway, I know everyone on Broadway!’ I say, ‘What is this, a quiz show?’ He says to me, ‘Who’d you study with?’ And I’m like, ‘Study what?’ And then he calls Francis Ford Coppola over and says, ‘You’ve got to reconsider this,” Russo shared with Page Six.

The actor did not take too kindly to Brando trying to mess up a good job for him. Even if he was one of Hollywood’s hottest stars at the time, Russo was not going to sit back and get fired.

“I say to myself, ‘This son of a bitch is trying to get me fired.’ I put my arm around Brando, got him out of earshot. I said, ‘Let me tell you something. You f–k this up for me, I’m going to suck on your heart, and you’ll bleed out of here.’ He stepped back and said, ‘That was brilliant. You can do this.’He thought I was f#$king acting. I was serious! I’d kill that mothaf*&ker,” the 75-year recalls of putting the icon in his place.

Gianni Russo also opens up in his memoir about losing his virginity to Marilyn Monroe. The blonde bombshell was 33-years-old at the time, while he was only 16.

He didn’t share any juicy tidbits about their hook-up with Page Six. Anyone who wants to know he ended up hooking up with one of the hottest sex symbols of all time will have to read Russo’s memoir.
